Here at the Olive Tree, we have the flexibility to accommodate most peoples needs. Be it the celebration of a life, a significant birthday or wedding anniversary, talk to us.

For gatherings up to approx 40, you can have exclusive use of our dining room, with the ability to flow out onto the patio if the weather permits.

For a larger event we can discuss closing the pub for your exclusive use.

Wakes

Situated 10 minutes drive from Woking crematorium and only 20 from Guildford, we are well located and take huge pride in “just quietly doing…without making a fuss”

A typical wake buffet looks something like this, but can be tailored to your needs. Fish and chips was one lady’s favourite dish so chef served up 32 mini portions of fish & chips.

A selection of any 3 sandwiches, popular choices are;

Roast Chicken & Smoked Bacon
Smoked Salmon & Crème fraiche
Egg & Watercress

Quiches: Roasted red pepper & Brie, Classic Lorraine

Finger Food: Pulled Pork sliders with smoked cheese, Halloumi bites & garlic aioli, Battered haddock bites & tartare, Red pepper humous & fried pitta, Homemade sausage rolls & honey and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise.

Birthday and anniversaries
Celebrate with friends and family to the sound of a DJ and a specious spread of food. Sit with chef and create exactly what your guests would like.
