We take the new law very seriously and foremost is our responsibility to protect any personal details we my hold.
Firstly, as you may have noticed we did not send out a confirmation email as we closely reviewed our previous policy and believe your data was captured in line with current guidelines and in addition all prior emails have given you the clear option to opt-out. Under GDPR terminology the is known as a soft opt-in.
Secondly we have reviewed our internal procedures and created a clear privacy policy which all staff are expected to adhere to.
